A masterpiece July 16th, 2004 Reviewer: Jayne from WI Mark lunges into the album with the hit single "I Am The Way", followed by "Let's Go", both are catchy tunes. "He's My Son" and "When You Come Home" are tear gushers and require kleenex. "When You Give" is energetic and powerfully moving. "Fall In Love Again" is a sweet love song of a painful break-up. "Cloud Of Witnesses" is one of my favorites from the CD, as it showcases Mark's ability to tell a story. It is followed by "Learn To Let Go", a song about a father who reminisces about his child as she grew up, and then struggles with how to let her go and make her way into the world. "I Saw The Light" picks up the pace of the CD as Mark charges into it, and still keeps you captivated all through "Legend Of McBride", a western tale featuring a hero called McBride. The album closes with a duet of Mark Schultz and Ginny Owens in the song "Remember Me". This album is truly a masterpiece, and introduces us to a true story-teller. Was this review helpful to you?
